The BeFit Benchmarks 

Our Testing weeks are a core part of what we offer at BeFit.

Commencing on the 21st January with 4 additional testing weeks to follow throughout 2019, they will be a big part of your journey with us.

You are what matters. Your improvements and your happiness in results.
That is why we test. 

We're not just another gym. We're a collective. We're a team. That is why the whole BeFit community tests as one.

The BeFit Testing benchmarks will remain consistent for 2019 and span across each of BeFit’s training methods, giving you 12 months to challenge yourself and show improvements across all training disciplines.

This will not only hold you accountable to yourself but hold us, as your coaches, accountable as well.

Your 2019 tests are:

5 Rep Max - For weight:

Back Squat 
Deadlift 
Bench Press (BeStrong only)
Strict Press (BeStrong only)
Glute Bridge (BeLean only)

For Time:
100 Cal Assaut Bike
*EMOM 3 Deadball thrusters 

5 Rounds For Time:
5 x GTOS
10 x Burpees 
15/10 Cal Ski 

For Time:
1km Ski
