Given the approach we take to exercise and lifestyle here at Befit we are fortunate enough to have several professional and ex-professional athletes who join us on a daily basis. As an athlete, you potentially could be or could have been exposed to some of the best minds in the world when it comes to improving one's self in anything to perform better as human. That could be anything from Mindset, how to maximise sleep, eat better or today's topic... how to maximise recovery.

So this brings us nicely to Athlete Insights, Another series of education videos in line with our Befit Education Series. In these videos we will be interviewing some of the best athletes in the business to extract the golden nuggets that allowed these people to be at the top of their field and give them to you; to apply to your own training!
